How
do I update my UKI directory entry?
There are two ways of updating
your UKI directory entry. You may want to do this if your company has
been bought or sold, moved location or got a new website or email
address. The easiest way is to email us with your company name, address,
telephone and fax numbers, website URL, and email address. Also, please
include the name of the category your entry is in. If you decide to add
your company a second time to the directory, please email us to let us
know which are the old details. We do check to make sure companies
aren't in twice and we don't want to delete your new contact details.

What
is a Blog?
A blog or weblog is a website
that functions as an online journal or diary. Many people have blogs
just to record how their day went whereas many companies have blogs to
let their customer know what's going on in the company. The most famous
and probably the most criticised is the Google blog. In the past it had
been used purely as a soapbox from which Google shouted about their new
products but now it appears to be a little friendlier as one member of
staff has a digital camera to let us all know what life at Google is
really like. The other benefit of blogs is that many of them have RSS
feeds attached, so anyone using a feed reader can get feeds sent to them
every time the blog is updated. RSS feeds can make browsing your
favourite website for new content a thing of the past.
